Here I'll introduce you to a feature that the Monsters in Underbeats have, It's a little device that they use to "link" with other Monsters but it can also be used for other things(I'll tell you soon). This device isn't used so casually because as Maestro said, the wires are vulnerable to another monsters' touch. It's due to their energy, for example you have a unique soul and it has it's own wavelength, if another different wavelength mixes up with your wavelength it causes a new foreign force that would flow into your soul. Since it's foreign your body will react to this due to it being unfamiliar, which in this case it causes intense pain internally. It can damage a soul that's why Maestro sent out a warning, it's very useful in a lot of ways but it's also very dangerous.
